She was raised primarily in Phoenix, but she also spent time in her early years in Chicago, IL and the U.K. Dr. Finnigan’s family relocated to the U.K. following her junior year in high school and she completed her secondary education there. She attended University College London (UCL), where she received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
