Sarah Rogers is from San Antonio and decided to pursue music
performance and music education at the University of North Texas after
graduating from high school. She received a bachelor’s in music education and a
master’s in flute performance before going on to teach private and group flute
lessons in the Dallas area for four years. During this time, she worked with
students (ages 11-18) and discovered that she is passionate about helping
others utilize their strengths, better understand themselves, and achieve their
goals. She then decided to pursue a master’s in clinical mental health
counseling at the University of Texas at San Antonio.
Sarah is a licensed professional counselor- associate who
