Dr. Mahamudun Nabi is a psychiatrist who loves his profession. Graduating from Dhaka
Medical College, Dhaka, Bangladesh, a premier South Asian medical school, he conducted his postgraduate residency in psychiatry at St. Barnabas Hospital in New York’s Bronx borough, an institution affiliated with the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Yeshiva University, and CUNY School of Medicine, and completed his psychoanalytic fellowship with The Psychoanalytic Center of Philadelphia, an affiliate of University of Pennsylvania. He has also served as the Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at Texas Tech University Health Science Center.
With over 20 years of experience (including the practice of psychiatry, teaching and supervising medical students, residents and fellows, and holding leadership positions), Dr. Nabi has expertise in the psychiatric treatment of depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, ADHD, OCD, schizophrenia, and personality disorders.
In his free time he likes to watch movies and sports, with his favorite sports being soccer
and cricket. Married with two children, he loves classic vintage cars, especially muscle cars from the ’60s and early 70s. When he gets a chance, he enjoys a long drive with his family on the weekend; spending time with them is the best part of his day
