Telehealth

Telehealth (TH), also called Telemental health (TMH) when used for counseling, is fast becoming a popular form of counseling, useful when time or distance make in-office appointments difficult or unfeasible.  We at Turning Point Associates, Inc. have access to the latest technologies that make convenient and secure counseling services available to your home or office anywhere there is stable access to the internet.

Of course there are special considerations when considering TMH, such as your specific areas of focus, if there is risk from your area of focus, and our own knowledge of your local support resources in the event of an emergency; but these are becoming less and less a barrier to receiving TMH.

Not all insurance plans reimburse for TMH, so it is important to consider that this may be an out of pocket expense.  Our administrative staff will gladly make inquiry to our plan provider.
